How are sleep hours calculated?
Automatically from your bedtime (Tonight tab) and wake-up time (Morning tab). If you forget to set bedtime the night before, the app checks yesterday's entry automatically.
Will I lose my data if I clear my browser?
Yes β data lives on your device. Use Settings β Backup JSON weekly to protect it. You can restore it anytime with Import JSON.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes β export a JSON backup on one device and import it on the other. Your full history transfers instantly.
Does it work offline?
Yes β once installed via Add to Home Screen, the app works fully offline. No internet needed after the first load.
When do Insights appear?
Lifestyle patterns (caffeine, exercise, alcohol, screen time) unlock after 3 days. Sleep Γ mood correlations need 5+ days. Dream patterns need 3+ logged dreams. The more you log, the more personal your insights.
What is Sleep Debt?
The difference between your sleep goal and actual sleep over the last 7 nights. +2h means you've missed 2 hours β try going to bed 30 min earlier a few nights. Set your goal in Tonight tab or Settings.
Can I edit past entries?
Yes β go to Insights β Recent Entries and tap Edit on any day. You can update bedtime, wake time, quality, mood, disruptors and notes. To read past dream notes and intentions, go to Journal β Daily Notes.
How long is my history kept?
Forever β all entries are saved with no limit. The streak calendar shows the last 28 days, but your full history is always in Insights β Recent Entries.
What is Cycle Tracking?
Optional β enable it in Settings. Each morning you can log your cycle phase (Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal). After 4+ days, Insights shows how each phase affects your sleep and mood.
Is my data private?
100%. Everything stays on your device. No account, no server, no tracking. We never see your data.
